NOVELTY - Surface modified nano-titanium dioxide comprises 85-90 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant 4010NA, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-iron slag powder, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. brown iron oxide, 3.5-5 pts. wt. hexyl epoxyphthalate, 5-6 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. vitamin C and 2-3 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide. USE - The nano-titanium dioxide is useful in engineering plastic and coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-titanium dioxide has aging resistance property (claimed), good stability and good absorption property, can be integrated with polymer, and has high compatibility with organic substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Surface modified nano-titanium dioxide comprises 85-90 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant 4010NA, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-iron slag powder, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. brown iron oxide, 3.5-5 pts. wt. hexyl epoxyphthalate, 5-6 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. vitamin C and 2-3 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide. Modified silicon dioxide comprises 55-60 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-medical stone powder, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-silicon powder, 5-7 pts. wt. tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 1-2 pts. wt. 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline, 3-4 pts. wt. cobalt naphthenate, 3-5 pts. wt. glycidyl acrylate, 2-4 pts. wt. disodium EDTA, and 50-60 pts. wt. water. Preparation of the modified silicon dioxide comprises stirring nano-silicon dioxide, nano-medical stone powder, nano-silicon powder and 1-hydroxyethyl-2-oleyl imidazoline with water to form suspension, drying at 55-60 degrees C until the moisture content is 2-3%, adding tripropylene glycol diacrylate, cobalt naphthenate and glycidyl acrylate, heating to 130-150 degrees C, stirring and mixing for 25-35 minutes, cooling to room temperature, then adding remaining components, stirring under speed of 1200-1500 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, drying at 60-70 degrees C and grinding. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the surface modified nano-titanium dioxide, comprising (i) uniformly mixing nano-titanium dioxide, graphene and brown iron oxide, adding into a grinding machine and grinding under speed of 1500-2000 revolutions/minute for 15-20 minutes to obtain the mixed powder, (ii) adding nano-iron slag powder and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol into a mixing cylinder, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding antioxidant 4010NA, hexyl epoxyphthalate, styrene-acrylic emulsion and vitamin C, grinding and drying to obtain glue powder, (iii) mixing the powder obtained in the step (i) with the glue powder, adding specific amount of water, stirring uniformly, ultrasonic oscillating at 80 degrees C for 1-2 hours and continuously grinding for 20-30 minutes to form suspension, and (iv) mixing the suspension with the modified silicon dioxide, stirring under speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, drying and crushing in a nano-crusher to obtain the product.
