NOVELTY - A manganese dioxide-graphene capsule-manganese dioxide sandwich structure producing method involves placing nanozinc oxide in a heating furnace. Acetylene gas is reacted with the nanozinc oxide to obtain graphene-zinc oxide composite material. The graphene-zinc oxide composite material is extracted with nitric acid to obtain graphene capsule. The graphene capsule is added to water and potassium permanganate and mixed to obtain mixed liquid. The mixed liquid is reacted with microwaves to obtain suspension. The suspension is centrifuged and dried to obtain finished product. USE - Method for producing manganese dioxide-graphene capsule-manganese dioxide sandwich structure that is utilized in supercapacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables producing the manganese dioxide-graphene capsule-manganese dioxide sandwich structure in a simple manner with high efficiency, better dispersibility and high loaded weight of manganese dioxide and preparing supercapacitor electrode with better stability and high capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A manganese dioxide-graphene capsule-manganese dioxide sandwich structure producing method involves placing nanozinc oxide in a heating furnace at 400-800 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere. The temperature is maintained in the heating furnace. Acetylene gas is reacted with the nanozinc oxide to grow graphene nanolayer on the zinc oxide to obtain graphene-zinc oxide composite material. The graphene-zinc oxide composite material is extracted with nitric acid to obtain graphene capsule. The graphene capsule is added to water and potassium permanganate and mixed to obtain mixed liquid, where weight ratio of potassium permanganate and graphene capsule is 4:(3-10) and concentration of potassium permanganate is 0.05-0.15 mol/l. The mixed liquid is reacted with microwaves at 90-100 degrees C and 500-700 W for 3-10 minutes to obtain suspension. The suspension is centrifuged and dried to obtain finished product.
