▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing non-metallic quantum dot magnesium-lithium alloy-based composite material comprises (i) preparing two magnesium-lithium alloy plates and carrying out surface treatment to obtain first plate and second plate, spraying non-metallic quantum dot solution on surface of first plate material, drying surface, repeating process of spraying and drying multiple times, and bonding second plate to sprayed surface of first plate to obtain third plate, (ii) performing multi-pass friction stir processing and multi-pass rolling on third plate, and shearing to obtain fourth plate and fifth plate of same size, and (iii) repeating steps (i) to (ii) for many times on fourth plate and fifth plate to obtain non-metallic quantum dot magnesium-lithium alloy-based composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing non-metallic quantum dot magnesium-lithium alloy-based composite material in aerospace, rail traffic, and automobile industry. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize uniform distribution of non-metallic quantum dots in magnesium-lithium-based composite material, and provides nanocrystals in matrix, which improves strength of magnesium-lithium-based composite material.
