NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive and impact-resistant coating comprises 70-80 pts. wt. high chlorinated polyethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. urea-formaldehyde resin, 3-5 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 4-9 pts. wt. xylene, 3-5 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 9-12 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 2-5 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 5-8 pts. wt. compound additives, 18-22 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 25-30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Anti-corrosive and impact-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The overall process of the method of coating is simple, which is conducive to factory promotion and application. The prepared coating has strong corrosion resistance, high bonding strength, good stability, and good impact resistance.
