NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antiviral viscose fibre involves weighing viscose pulp, graphene, surfactant, alkaline reagent, preparing graphene powder, dispersing the graphene powder into water, ultrasonic, preparing into water solution, adding surfactant and alkaline reagent, adjusting the solution to neutral or weak alkaline, and then ultrasonic, dispersing uniformly to obtain the graphene dispersion, preparing cellulose pulp, firstly mixing the viscose pulp with sodium hydroxide solution, stirring to make it mix uniformly, putting it into a presser for pressing; then aging the pulp, after aging, yellowing, heating the graphene dispersion liquid obtained, fully mixing with the pulp, and stirring, using the fibre pulp obtained for spinning, preparing graphene antiviral viscose composite fibre. USE - Method for preparing graphene antiviral viscose fibre. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene antiviral viscose fibre that has antibacterial, antiviral function, expands the application range of the viscose fibre, is a healthy and environment-friendly composite fibre.
