▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Surface of glass substrate is subjected to hydroxylation pretreatment to obtain a treated glass substrate. A rare earth sol solution is prepared, graphene is placed in sol solution and treated to obtain rare earth-modified graphene sol. The substrate is immersed in sol, stood, the glass substrate is removed from the sol, and dried. The glass substrate is preserved at 80-120 degrees C for 30-90 minutes, heated at 600-800 degrees C, heat-preserved for 1-5 hours and naturally cooled to room temperature. Thus, rare earth-modified graphene ceramic composite film is formed on glass substrate. USE - Manufacture of rare earth-modified graphene ceramic composite film on glass substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rare earth-modified graphene ceramic composite film is easily and economically formed on glass substrate without affecting environment. The rare earth-modified graphene ceramic composite film is formed with uniformity and excellent friction reduction characteristics and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Surface of glass substrate is subjected to hydroxylation pretreatment to obtain a treated glass substrate. Titanate solution is dissolved in ethanol, diethanol amine is added and uniformly mixed at room temperature, ethanol aqueous solution is added, N,N'-dimethylformamide is added and hydrolyzed for 1-3 hours at 15-25 degrees C to obtain rare-earth sol solution. Graphene is placed in the obtained rare earth sol solution and treated for 4-10 hours to obtain rare earth-modified graphene sol. The treated glass substrate is immersed in the rare earth modified graphene sol, stood, the glass substrate is removed from the sol, and dried.
