▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Forming low friction wear surface involves suspending graphene-oxide in a solvent to form a solution of 1 g/l, adding 1 g/l molybdenum disulfide ultrafine nanocrystalline flakes to solution, and then sonicating the molybdenum disulfide and the solution to form a homogenous solution. The homogeneous solution is disposed by spraying the homogeneous solution on a substrate via a process of air-spray coating, where the substrate has a temperature at 275?oC. A wet film is formed on the substrate. The solvent component is evaporated to form a dry coating layer. The graphene oxide and the molybdenum disulfide are in a range of ratios of 8:10-10:8 by weight. USE - Method of forming low friction wear surface. ADVANTAGE - The method forms the low friction wear surface in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with operability at high temperatures and high loads with a coefficient of friction in the superlubric regime including molybdenum disulfide and graphene-oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for forming a sliding mechanical system with a low friction wear surface, which involves: forming a homogeneous solution comprising molybdenum disulfide and graphene-oxide;#disposing the homogeneous solution over a substrate to form a sliding component; and#sliding the sliding component against another sliding component in ambient air. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the method for forming a low friction wear surface.
