NOVELTY - Graphene modified nano-paint comprises 10-20 wt.% needle-shaped zinc oxide, 5-10 wt.% natural flake iron oxide, 3-10 wt.% water-based graphene slurry, 9-15 wt.% iron oxide red, 15-30 wt.% zinc powder, 20-30 wt.% potassium silicate, 1-5 wt.% low molecular polysiloxane, 1-3 wt.% nano-silica sol, 1-3 wt.% boron trioxide solution, 1-2 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 5-10 wt.% water-based silicone emulsion and 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant. USE - Graphene modified nano-paint. ADVANTAGE - The nano-paint is almost entirely inorganic, does not provide microbial nutrients, has conductivity to load the cathode pulse current and independent anode electrode on the bottom of the ship, can effectively prevent corrosion, has sterilization and inhibition of microorganisms functions, is used as an antifouling agent, electrolyzes seawater to form hypochlorous acid, effectively kills microorganisms, inhibits adhesion of microorganisms, uses the biological instinct to avoid harm, effectively chases away marine life, and prevents the ship pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the paint, involving (a) pre-heating potassium silicate and nano-silica sol at 70 degrees C, reacting for half an hour to an hour until transparent, and dripping nano-silica sol after the potassium silicate temperature reaches 70 degrees C, (b) adding low molecular polysiloxane, and continuously holding for one hour until the reaction is completed to obtain a transparent and stable solution, (c) adding water-based graphene slurry and carbon nanotubes to the above solution while stirring, adding iron oxide red and grinding to a fineness of less than 30 microns for discharge, (d) adding the dispersant to the semi-finished product in step (c), uniformly mixing, adding the four-corner needle-shaped zinc oxide and natural flake iron oxide, and uniformly mixing, (e) mixing silicone emulsion with the semi-finished product formed in step (d), stirring and evenly adding, and finally adding boron trioxide solution to obtain finished component, and (f) using zinc powder as a curing agent, and mixing with finished component.
