▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Self-healing underwater curing solvent-free coating agent comprises 0.1-10 wt.% self-healing agent comprising a catalyst and a microcapsule that is broken when the water-curable coating agent is broken, and a polysiloxane-based precursor polymerized by the catalyst, 0.1-1.0 wt.% graphene, 30-50 wt.% bisphenol-based epoxy polymer, 10-45 wt.% hydrophobic aromatic amine curing agent, and 20-35 wt.% additives. USE - Self-healing underwater curing solvent-free coating agent used in underwater structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-healing underwater curing solvent-free coating agent has excellent adhesion strength to iron or concrete, can be cured under water in which the coating agent is attached to the object to be coated and cured even in water, and has self-healing properties, preserves equipment and devices for a long time from corrosion or damage, and reduces frequent repair work, ensures maintenance costs and worker safety, and shows excellent anticorrosive properties as well as excellent anti-corrosion function in physical property tests through moisture permeability, salt spray test, complex deterioration test, marine immersion test, and marine immersion test by introducing graphene.
