NOVELTY - The device has a machine frame fixedly connected with a lifting frame (102) and a heating chamber (111). A lifting block (103) is slidingly fixed in the lifting frame. Two ends of first spring (110) are fixed on lower end surfaces of the lifting block and the lifting frame. A metal frame (104) is rotatably connected with a side of the lifting block. A golden border (105) is fixed on the metal frame. A lower pressing plate (106) is slidingly fixed on a side of the heating chamber. The lower pressing plate is fixed above the lifting block. Two ends of first telescopic rod (107) are fixed on upper end surfaces of the lower pressing plate and the heating chamber. USE - Device for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes automatically removing device cooling after generating golden border on a substrate so as to improve preparation efficiency.
