NOVELTY - Preparing full-gel zinc-air button battery, comprises (i) adding water into the acrylamide matrix, stirring, adding conductive active material or conductive polymer, pore-forming agent, agglomerant and stirring uniformly, adding cross-linking agent, initiator and catalyst to obtain mixed solution I, injecting the mixed solution I into the mold I and drying to obtain the dehydrated anode sheet; (ii) adding water into the acrylamide matrix and stirring, adding cross-linking agent, initiator and catalyst to obtain mixed solution II, injecting the mixed solution II into the mold II and drying to obtain the gel sheet, soaking the gel in the alkaline zinc salt electrolyte to obtain the electrolyte sheet gel; (iii) dropping platinum-carbon catalyst on the upper surface of the dehydrated anode sheet, performing interface dry cross-linking with the electrolyte sheet gel, obtaining full-gel-type integrated sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing full-gel zinc-air button battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the current discharge current density small, leakage liquid climbing alkali, the technical problem of electrolyte carbonation, the operation of the preparation method is simple and fast, can improve the battery assembly efficiency, is safer and not easy to leak liquid.
