NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbide ceramic pan involves mixing silicon carbide powder, boron carbide powder, liquid phenolic resin and graphene in ball milling tank, using anhydrous alcohol as solvent, silicon carbide ceramic ball as the grinding medium in ball milling for 15-20 minutes, and mixing uniformly. The silicon carbide ceramic slurry is placed into vacuum drying box for drying at 50-60 degrees C, and crushed through 40-50 sieve to obtain ceramic particles. USE - Method for preparing silicon carbide ceramic pan for improving graphene-reinforced thermal conductivity (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon carbide ceramic pan that is convenient to industrial control, non-toxic and harmless, has high density, good uniformity, high intensity and higher conductivity, saves energy, accelerates the cooking time of the food, and in simple, eco-friendly and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silicon carbide ceramic pan involves mixing silicon carbide powder, boron carbide powder, liquid phenolic resin and graphene in ball milling tank, using anhydrous alcohol as solvent, silicon carbide ceramic ball as the grinding medium in ball milling for 15-20 minutes, and mixing uniformly. The silicon carbide ceramic slurry is placed into vacuum drying box for drying at 50-60 degrees C, and crushed through 40-50 sieve to obtain ceramic particles. The ceramic particles is plaed into mold for molding with 20-22 megapascal pressure for 60-90 seconds to obtain pre-pressing ceramic pot raw blank. The ceramic pot raw blank bag is sealed in vacuum at certain pressure isostatic pressure and certain time. The molded ceramic pot raw blank is dried in vacuum drying box at 70-80 degrees C for 6-8 hours to obtain dry ceramic pan raw blank. The raw blank drying ceramic pan is sintered into pressure-less sintering furnace, and filled with flowing argon as protective atmosphere. The pan is heated at 2050-2150 degrees C for 60-80 minutes, power is turned off and naturally cooled to room temperature, crushed and polished.
