▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A copper foil has orientation degree of 200 face of 80% or more when measuring integral of diffraction intensity of 111 face, 200 face, 220 face and 311 face by X-ray diffraction with respect to the foil surface after heat processing at 1000 degrees C for 60 minutes using specified relation. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacturing graphene sheet (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cells, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material, and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil has excellent etching property after formation of graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A copper foil has orientation degree of 200 face of 80% or more when measuring integral of diffraction intensity of 111 face, 200 face, 220 face and 311 face by X-ray diffraction with respect to the foil surface after heat processing at 1000 degrees C for 60 minutes using the relation: orientation degree of 200 face(%)=I(200)/(~S)I(hkl)x 100, where I(hkl) is diffraction intensity integral of each surface. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene sheet.
