NOVELTY - The device has a roller housing (1) and a low vacuum pump (2). The roller surface of an outer roller (4) is a mesh structure with a mesh array. An array of absorption holes (5) is arranged on the roller wall of an inner roller (3). The absorption holes in an absorption hole array and the mesh holes in the mesh array are connected by an absorption pipe (7). The inner roller includes a cavity structure. The end of the inner roller is connected with a rough vacuum pump, which pumps the inside of the inner roller to a negative pressure relative to the external air pressure of the roller housing. A pattern generating roller device partially removes the unformed wet film layer on the flexible base film wound around the roller housing through negative pressure absorption, thus forms a film layer with a specific pattern on the flexible base film. USE - Pattern generating roller device for winding film forming equipment for preparation of graphene-silicone rubber composite flexible film product. ADVANTAGE - The device makes the wet film layer generate the set pattern through the negative pressure absorbing process. The device solidifies and shapes the film layer original character without damage on the flexible film and adopts the interpolating shielding cylinder, independently controllable absorbing pipeline to realize various flexible and variable thin film patterning.
