NOVELTY - Bead assembly comprises a bead guider made of rubber composition containing high-reinforcement carbon material is adhered along the outer surface of the bead bundle made by winding the bead wire (1) several times. USE - The bead assembly is useful for pneumatic tire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bead assembly improves durability by preventing distortion of the bead shape as well as reducing strength deviation between bead wire and carcass ply (5) after vulcanization so that the stress is dispersed in the bead wire; does not occur heat loss during vulcanization; and maintains bead shape and prevents distortion by installing bead guider along the outer surface of bead bundle made by winding bead wire several times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing bead assembly comprising (a) releasing the bead wire wound on the wire roll, (b) heating the released bead wire to a constant temperature, (c) coating the rubber on the heated bead wire, (d) winding the rubber-coated bead wire in a molding machine to form bead bundle, (e) supplying bead guider composition to the bead bundle, and (f) applying the bead guider composition to the outer surface of the bead bundle and drying the bead guider composition.
