▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing polyethylene terephthalate (PET)-based graphene conductive fiber, involves (i) providing graphene/PET conductive masterbatch and PET natural chips, where the moisture content of the graphene/PET conductive masterbatch and PET natural chips is less than 30 parts per million (ppm), (ii) melt-blending the graphene/PET conductive masterbatch and PET natural chips through a three-dimensional high-efficiency dynamic mixer and feeding to a twin-screw extruder to obtain a PET-based graphene nascent fibers, and (iii) drawing and heat setting the PET-based graphene nascent fiber to obtain the PET-based graphene conductive fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing PET-based graphene conductive fiber, which is used for preparing textile raw material or product (all claimed) and PET conductive textile application. ADVANTAGE - The PET-based graphene conductive fiber has an electrical conductivity of greater than or equal to 1000 S/m, effective content of graphene particles in the fiber of 0.6-1.5%, fiber breaking strength of 2.134.18 cN/dtex, elongation at break of 17.84-44.30% and modulus of 48.5784.76 cN/dtex.
