NOVELTY - Preparing supported polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber membrane with catalytic function comprises (i) adding zinc oxide precursor zinc salt into the PTFE dispersion resin, mixing the PTFE dispersion resin with the zinc oxide precursor zinc salt, adding lubricant and porogen, mixing uniformly, pushing through paste compaction, stretching, and sintering to obtain zinc oxide seed-loaded PTFE hollow fiber membrane; (ii) mixing the carbon nanomaterials with the soluble zinc salt in specific proportion, adding an alkaline reagent to adjust the pH value to an appropriate range, and stirring to obtain a uniform solution; and (iii) immersing the PTFE hollow fiber membrane loaded with zinc oxide seeds in the composite catalyst growth solution, performing high temperature reaction, obtaining the loaded PTFE hollow fiber membrane through filtration, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing supported polytetrafluoroethylene hollow fiber membrane with catalytic function. ADVANTAGE - The fiber membrane has high catalytic efficiency, high mechanical strength, heat resistance and solvent resistance and improves the contact area of the catalyst carrier, prolongs the service life, expands the scope of use, and expands the application of PTFE hollow fiber membranes and other beneficial effects.
