▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of chlorine-doped glucose carbon-based graphene involves (1) mixing glucose and hydrochloric acid at mass ratio of (9-3):1 to obtain mixed solution, heating at 100-200 degrees C until the solution viscosity is 1x 105-1x 106 centipoise, mixing deionized water, absolute ethanol and prepared caramel solution at volume ratio of 1:1:(2-3) and filtering to obtain chlorine-doped precursor solution as filtrate, (2) spin-coating chlorine-doped precursor solution on quartz plate, carrying out coating process for 3 seconds at rate of 1000-1500 r/second and spinning at 2200-2800 r/second for 1 minute to obtain spin smear, (3) drying spin smear at constant temperature for 20-35 minutes, placing the dried spin smear under vacuum and annealing at 600-800 degrees C for 20-24 hours. USE - Preparation of chlorine-doped glucose carbon-based graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of chlorine-doped glucose carbon-based graphene ensuring controllable doping amount and large sample piece diameter by simple, economical, efficient and environmentally-friendly process.
