NOVELTY - Alkaline dry battery comprises a diaphragm separated by anode ring and cathode zinc paste, where the anode comprises α-manganese oxide nano composite (α-MnO2-NC) material, conductive agent, binder, electrolyte and additive. The cathode zinc paste comprises mercury-free zinc powder, electrolyte and additive. The conductive agent comprises N-methylmorpholine oxide, graphite and carbon black. The conductive agent is prepared by (i) placing N-methylmorpholine oxide in a rotary steaming instrument for distilling and concentrating under vacuum condition to obtain amber N-methylmorpholine oxide dispersion; (ii) taking graphite into dispersion, stirring, pre-shearing, continuously shearing to obtain pre-processing solution, finally placing an ultrasonic probe in a pre-processing solution for ultrasonic treatment, filtering and precipitating, and mixed solution, (iii) preparing graphene slurry, and (Iv) preparing conductive agent. USE - Used as alkaline dry battery. ADVANTAGE - The alkaline dry battery: utilizes graphene, which reduces the anode sheet, at the same time improves the dosage of the active substance, and improves the discharge performance of the battery under different discharge model. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Alkaline dry battery comprises a diaphragm separated by anode ring and cathode zinc paste, where the anode comprises α-manganese oxide nano composite (α-MnO2-NC) material, conductive agent, binder, electrolyte and additive. The cathode zinc paste comprises mercury-free zinc powder, electrolyte and additive in a weight ratio of 100:60:5. The conductive agent comprises N-methylmorpholine oxide, graphite and carbon black. The conductive agent is prepared by (i) placing N-methylmorpholine oxide in a rotary steaming instrument for distilling and concentrating at a temperature of 90-95°C under vacuum condition to obtain amber N-methylmorpholine oxide dispersion; (ii) taking a specific amount of graphite into the dispersion, stirring for 0.5 hours at a stirring speed of 1000 rotations/minute, then pouring the dispersion in a shearing machine, turning on circulating rotor pump and shearing machine, firstly adjusting the shearing machine to 20% speed for pre-shearing, then increasing the speed of the shearing machine to 40-60%, continuously shearing for 60 minutes to obtain pre-processing solution, finally placing an ultrasonic probe in a pre-processing solution for ultrasonic treatment for a period of time to promote intercalation and peeling, during the period, using a large amount of deionized water for filtering and precipitating, until the pH value of the solution is neutral, and N-methyl morpholine oxide will be completely removed during the filtering process to obtain the mixed solution, (iii) pouring the mixed solution to a feeding cup of homogenizer, adding a specific amount of carbon black, setting an initial pressure of the homogenizer at 100 bar, homogenizing once to uniformly mix the two materials, then adjusting the pressure to 300 bar, then homogenizing again, finally increasing the pressure to target pressure, during each homogenization, taking a small amount of mixed slurry for particle size testing, at the same time, testing the viscosity of the slurry, when the particle size of the slurry is reduced to 6-7 um, reducing the pressure to below 100 bar, and releasing graphene slurry, and (iv) firstly adjusting the graphene slurry to specific viscosity, placing it in a spray dryer, during the drying process, setting the air inlet temperature at 250-300°C, and air outlet temperature at 150-250°C, then separating the dry powder through a sieve of 1800 meshes to obtain the conductive agent, where the graphite is expanded graphite or flake graphite, and the electrolyte is potassium hydroxide solution.
