NOVELTY - Preparing thermal barrier coating involves weighing 5-10 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano tin oxide powder, 150-200 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-570, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent OP-10, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersing agent sodium polyacrylate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, mixing nano titanium dioxide powder, nano tin oxide powder and deionized water, adding silane under magnetic stirring. The compounding agent KH-570, the wetting agent OP-10, the dispersing agent sodium polyacrylate and the graphene are adjusted by the pH adjusting agent with a pH value of 7-9, and the rotating speed is ultrasonically dispersed to obtain a composite nano-slurry. USE - Method for preparing thermal barrier coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare thermal barrier coating which improve thermal insulation effect of the coating, concentration of the carriers is increased by doping the semiconductor so that the doped semiconductor has a pair, solar spectrum has strong absorption, transparent to visible light and reflect infrared rays, high reflectivity and large refractive index, has various properties improved, and high heat reflectivity and obvious heat insulation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier OP-10, 1-3 pts. wt. 0.5% by mass aqueous solution of sodium lauryl sulfate, 15-20 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 15-20 pts. wt. styrene, 12-15 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 4-6 pts. wt. composite nano-paste, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, emulsifier OP-10-0.5 wt.% dodecyl sulfate are weighed. The sodium aqueous solution is rapidly stirred and mixed at 45-55 degrees C, and butyl acrylate, styrene, acrylic acid and composite nano-slurry are added to the mixed solution, stirred for 30-60 minutes to obtain the pre-emulsion, taken out the above volume of 1/3 pre-emulsion, the initiator ammonium persulfate is added, the temperature rises to 75 degrees C, stop the reflux and then raise the temperature to 80 degrees C for 2 hours, the mixed solution of pre-emulsion and initiator is added dropwise at a constant rate. The addition is completed, the temperature is raised to 85 degrees C for 1 hour, cooled, the pH is adjusted to 8-9, and the mixture is filtered to obtain a styrene-acrylic composite emulsion. The 100-150 pts. wt. deionized water, 2-5 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 10-12 pts. wt. OP-10, 2-4 pts. wt. functional materials, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. AMP-95, 4-6 pts. wt. hollow glass microspheres are weighed, deionized water, sodium polyacrylate, OP-10 are placed in the reactor, stirred at high speed 15 Minutes, stirred, functional materials are added, stirred for 30 minutes, then appropriate amount of styrene-acrylic emulsion, tributyl phosphate, glycol butyl ether, AMP-95 and water are added, stirred at high speed for 20 minutes, then hollow glass beads are added, stirred to obtain thermal barrier coating.
