▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. SEBS grafted with multiple hydrogen bond molecules, and 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene grafted with multiple hydrogen bond molecules. USE - The graphene/SEBS composite material is useful as high performance damping engineering material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/SEBS composite material has high strength and damping characteristics, and adopts SEBS substrate, which has high mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene/SEBS composite material, which involves: (1) adding multiple hydrogen bond molecules and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide to an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide (GO), ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, stirring and reacting for 4-12 hours to obtain a GO modified by multiple hydrogen bond molecules, adding vitamin C, stirring and reacting for 10-24 hours, suction filtering the product, cleaning, and drying to obtain graphene grafted with molecules; (2) taking SEBS as raw material, grafting maleic anhydride (MAH) on SEBS molecular chain by solution method or melt blending method to obtain MAH grafted SEBS (MAH-SEBS), taking MAH-SEBS as a precursor, grafting and modifying on the SEBS molecular chain segment by solution method or melt blending method to obtain the SEBS grafted with molecules; and (3) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene grafted with molecules in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dissolving the SEBS grafted with molecules in xylene, mixing the two solution, ultrasonically processing for 0.5-2 hours until the graphene is uniformly dispersed in organic solvent system, stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, pouring the mixture into ethanol to precipitate, separating the product by suction filtering, drying, hot pressing, and molding.
