NOVELTY - A dry-ground graphite oxide is added into organic solvent under protection of nitrogen, graphite oxide is peeled-off and ultrasonically dispersed. Obtained reaction liquid is cooled, phosphorus trichloride as reducing agent is added to the cooled reaction liquid, reduction reaction is carried out, alcohol is added to resultant product, heated, refluxed till reaction is complete and solvent is evaporated from resultant product. Obtained resultant product is poured into water, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain graphene. USE - Synthesization of graphene in oil phase (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical synthesization of graphene with high concentration, yield and quality.
