▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves grinding germanium powder and graphite powder by a ball milling process. The graphite powder is placed for a heat treatment process by using dielectric barrier discharge plasma auxiliary high energy ball milling process. A ball mill tank of a front cover plate is provided with an electrode rod. The electrode rod is connected with a plasma power supply positive and negative level unit. The front cover plate is connected with a cathode of the plasma power supply unit. The graphite powder is filled in a tubular furnace. USE - Preparation method for graphene coated nano-pure germanium composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing simple process, environment-friendly function and better yield and reducing energy consumption.
