▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based reusable zinc oxide single crystal substrate comprises a zinc oxide/graphene substrate including a zinc oxide single crystal substrate and at least two layers of graphene attached to their surface. USE - The substrate is useful for preparing zinc oxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate: is economical; reutilizes the zinc oxide single crystal substrate by transferring at least the double-layer graphene to the zinc oxide single crystal substrate; and utilizes the stripped zinc oxide film for the preparation of flexible devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing zinc oxide film, comprising using graphene-based reusable zinc oxide single crystal substrate, and preparing the zinc oxide thin film on the substrate, adopting a low and high temperature two-stage growth method, and peeling off the grown zinc oxide film from the zinc oxide/graphene substrate.
