▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises natural rubber, nano-carbon, zinc oxide, crosslinking agent, foaming agent and additives, where the additives include stearic acid, N-(2-hydroxyethyl) octadecanamide and 2-(4-morpholinyl)mercaptobenzothiazole. USE - The rubber composition is useful for transfer molding and safety glove (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition has low viscosity and flowability, easily used for transfer molding, and excellent mechanical properties e.g. tensile strength, hardness and elongation; excellent abrasion resistance and is manufactured in a short time by a simple method; and provides safety glove with improved lifespan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for safety gloves comprising textile glove base; and a rubber pattern layer formed on at least one sides of the glove base material, where the rubber pattern layer is formed of rubber composition, and the rubber composition forms the rubber pattern layer.
