▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of reduction-oxidation graphene by laser irradiation method, comprises (i) adding polar solvent to a container and dissolving the oxidized graphite into the polar solvent to prepare polar oxidized graphite solution with the concentration of 0.01-10 mg/ml, (ii) adjusting pH of the polar oxidized graphite solution to 9-10 and vibrating by ultrasound for 1-2 hours, (iii) irradiating the prepared oxidized graphite solution by the quasi-molecule laser with frequency of greater than or equal to 1 Hz, wavelength of 157-353 nm and energy density of greater than or equal to 40 mJ/sq.cm to obtain the reduction-oxidation graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduction-oxidation graphene by laser irradiation method. ADVANTAGE - The method has: simple preparation technique and does not pollute the environment; less consumption of time; simple device and is suitable for industrial production. The graphene product obtained from the preparation method has high reduction degree and good quality.
