▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing coating containing at least layer graphite comprises (i) adding aqueous grinding resin to water, and dispersing to obtain water dispersion graphite dispersion of the anhydrous grinding resin, (ii) adding the dispersion liquid of the graphite to the aqueous grinding resin and dispersing it to obtain the water-dispersed graphite surface, (iii) mechanically peeling off the water dispersing graphite surfaces to obtain water dispersion of the at least one layer graphite, and (iv) adding surfactant to the aqueous dispersion of graphite surface to obtain graphite dispersing dispersion, and uniformly mixing to obtain coating containing graphite. USE - The method is useful in composite material, semiconductor wafer, biological medicine, textile clothes and coating field. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the aqueous grinding resin as dispersing agent in the graphene preparation process, the obtain containing the graphite has excellent stability and excellent adhesive force with the base material. The method for preparing the coating of graphene transverse size is small, layer number is uniformly distributed in the 10 layer, and the coating has stable slurry, and has excellent adhesion with the substrate, which can be used for electromagnetic shielding coating conductive coating, heating coating or textile finishing coating field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating containing few-layer graphite, comprising 1-60 wt.% aqueous grinding resin, 0.1-10 wt.% few-layer graphene, 0.01-2 wt.% surfactant, 0-50 wt.% resin and water (balance amount).
