NOVELTY - The cover has a cosmetic film whose outer surface is coated with cosmetic nutrient fluid for cosmetic treatment. A moisture insulating layer is formed on a graphene heating device. The moisture insulating layer is formed as a thin layer of insulating silica gel layer or water-proof paper insulating layer, where thickness of the moisture insulating layer is measured for about 0.01-0.1 mm. Shape of the cosmetic film and the moisture insulating layer are completely overlapped. The graphene heating device is provided with a graphene heating layer, a graphene heating device surface layer and a controller. An end of the controller is provided with a USB interface.
