▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite porous ceramic involves (s1) adding graphene oxide in distilled water, organic solvent or mixture of distilled water and organic solvent, and stirring to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (s2) adding ceramic powder with particle size of nanometer or micron in dispersion liquid, and stirring to obtain uniform dispersion liquid, (s3) adding a dispersion liquid formed by graphene oxide and ceramic powder in high-temperature reaction kettle, and carrying out solvothermal reaction to obtain a three-dimensional graphene-ceramic composite material containing water and/or organic solvent, and (s4) removing water and/or organic solvent in the composite material, and sintering at temperature lower than the melting point of the ceramic in the composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene composite porous ceramic used in lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitor, catalysis, adsorption separation, and artificial bones. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has strong universality, adjustable porosity, and improved ceramic substrate conductivity.
