▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene composite material involves placing base powder in plasma chemical vapor deposition apparatus under vacuum environment, where working gas is charged into carbon source in plasma generating region, and obtaining three-dimensional graphene on surface of the metal powder in 0.1-1 hour. The base powder is metal powder or non-metallic powder having one or more of aluminum powder, nickel powder, copper powder and titanium powder, where non-metallic powder contains silicon carbide powder or quartz. USE - Method for producing graphene composite material used in energy storage material, photovoltaic material and heat dissipating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene composite material, which does not use complicated pre-treatment process and high temperature process, provides simple method for production of carbon-coated composite, and has simple and compatible processing process, and is suitable for large-scale production.
