USE - Manufacture of expanded PTFE composite material used as friction, anticorrosion and sealing material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite material having excellent chemical stability, wear resistance than existing sealing material, low friction performance of graphite, and is easy to be integrally formed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of expanded PTFE composite material involves (S1) uniformly mixing PTFE resin with alkane or solvent oil, adding 10 ±0.5% graphene, placing in a rolling stirring device, (S2) placing the mixed material in an oven, adjusting the temperature to 55±1°C, and baking for 8-12 hours, (S3) adding the baked material into a pressing machine, adjusting the pressure to 5±0.5 MPa and holding the pressure for 120 seconds after compression molding, (S4) placing the material in an extruder, adjusting the extrusion temperature to 50±2°C and extruding, (S5) adding the extruded rod-shaped material into a calender for calendering at 70±2°C and at a speed of 3±0.5 m/minute, controlling the calendering to a thickness of 0.25±0.05 mm and rewinding using automatic rewinder, (S6) degreasing the rolled film material in an oven, adjusting the degreasing temperature to 200±5°C and at a speed of 4±0.5 m/minute, and winding it using the rewinder, (S7) stretching the material in an oven, adjusting the stretching temperature to 240±5°C, stretching ratio of 4±0.5 times, initial speed of 7±0.5 m/minute, and winding using the rewinder, and (S8) sintering the stretched material in an oven at 365±5°C and at speed of 4±0.5 m/minute, and winding using the rewinder.
