▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particle/graphene composite modified diaphragm comprises a diaphragm and a composite material composed of nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particles and reduced graphene oxide on the surface of the diaphragm. The mass ratio of nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particles and reduced graphene oxide in the composite material is 5-8:1. The size of nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particles is 1-3 mu m. USE - Nano flower-shaped cobalt indium sulfide particle/graphene composite modified diaphragm for use in a lithium sulfur battery. ADVANTAGE - The nano-flower-shaped cobalt indium sulfide particle/graphene composite modified diaphragm accelerates the lithium-sulfide conversion dynamics while inhibiting the shuttle effect, and improves the multiplying power of the lithium-sulfur battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particle/graphene composite modified diaphragm which involves adding 1 mol/l cobalt chloride hexahydrate, indium chloride tetrahydrate and thioacetamide into a mixed solvent with a volume ratio of dimethylformamide and ethylene glycol at a molar ratio of 1:2:8, to obtain a mixed solution after stirring, reacting the above-mentioned mixed solution at 180-200 degrees C for 18-24 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a reaction product, after the above-mentioned reaction product is centrifuged and cleaned, to obtain precipitate, after drying the above-mentioned precipitate, heating for 3-6 hours in a nitrogen or inert gas environment at 400-600 degrees C and cooling it naturally to room temperature to obtain nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particles, adding the above-mentioned nano flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particles, reduced graphene oxide and binder into N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone or dimethylformamide at a mass ratio (5-8):1:1, and obtaining a dispersion after ultrasonic treatment, where the concentration of the medium binder is 0.2-0.5 g/l, placing the dispersion liquid on the diaphragm by suction filtration to obtain a nano-flower-shaped cobalt-indium sulfide particle/graphene composite modified diaphragm.
