▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing (100) a substrate and coating (104) it with a lignin-polymer composite film. The first portion of the coated lignin-polymer composite film is exposed to a laser beam and is transformed into a graphene pattern. The second portion not exposed to laser beam is placed (108) in water to remove the coated lignin-polymer composite film. The lignin-polymer composite film includes a water-soluble alkaline lignin, a polymer having bonding properties, and a solvent, and an amount of the water-soluble alkaline lignin in the lignin-polymer composite film. The water-soluble alkaline lignin has sulfur in it. USE - Method for forming pattern of a three dimensional or porous graphene electrode (claimed) on a substrate. ADVANTAGE - Lignin is a waste by-product of the paper industry so it cheap and cost effective. The capacitance at low current density is increased and the capacitance at high current density is decreased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for generating a graphene pattern on a substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of a method for forming a graphene structure.
