▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A transparent electrode (114) comprises a transparent substrate and a composite layer comprising graphene layer and nanoparticles which are embedded in graphene layer and extended to thickness of graphene layer, placed on a transparent substrate. At least a portion of nanoparticles is in direct contact with transparent substrate, and gap is present between the graphene layer and the transparent substrate. USE - Transparent electrode used for solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode has excellent light transmittance and electron mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) solar cell (200), comprising transparent electrode, cathode (204) and electrolyte (206)which is placed between transparent electrode and cathode and transparent electrode and cathode are in electric communication with cathode through electrolyte; and (2) method for fabrication of transparent electrode, which involves depositing nanoparticles on surface of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) substrate, heating CVD substrate and nanoparticles to at least 900 degrees C in sub-atmospheric pressure, contacting gaseous mixture comprising methane and hydrogen which catalyzes reaction between methane and CVD substrate to deposit carbon atom on surface of CVD substrate with nanoparticles and CVD substrate, which forms composite layer, cooling the CVD substrate and the composite layer, placing the transparent substrate on the composite layer and removing CVD substrate with etchant thereby fabricating the transparent electrode, and nanoparticles are in direct contact with the transparent substrate and gap is present between the graphene layer and the transparent substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of solar cell. Transparent electrode (114) Solar cell (200) Cathode (204) Electrolyte (206) Solar radiation (210)
