▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-containing nano-nickel-based composite layer involves filling pre-prepared plating solution in an electrolytic tank, immersing nickel plate with purity of 99% as an anode, and alloy steel substrate worksample as a cathode in the plating solution, connecting pulse power supply and ultrasonic generator between the cathode and anode for electrodeposition, and co-depositing graphene oxide, titanium nitride nanoparticles and metallic nickel on the surface of the alloy steel substrate by electrochemical principle. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-containing nano-nickel-based composite layer. ADVANTAGE - The alloy steel substrate surface nickel-based graphene oxide/nano-metal ceramic composite layer prepared by the method is more smooth and flat when the graphene oxide is not added; the tissue is more uniform and compact; and the material surface hardness and corrosion resistance are improved.
