NOVELTY - Method for cultivating vegetable in space involves selecting wild vegetable Rumex, lightly beating and threshing, stimulating seed gene for mutagenesis, adding first-phase superior seeds into a negative ion non-woven seed carrying bag, sending to the Chinese space station, incubating the seeds in the special environmental conditions of microgravity, strong radiation, ultra-vacuum, and weak geomagnetism in space, which can cause genetic variation of plant traits and promote plant growth and development, filling seedling pots with seedling substrates, sowing seeds, spraying water to keep it moist, making cultivation pits in space vegetable cultivation field, applying soil remediation base fertilizers, transplanting seedlings into the cultivation pits, foliar spraying bacterial flora liquid, applying foliar fertilizers and irrigating the roots through drip irrigation pipes for cultivating space vegetables. USE - The method is useful for cultivating vegetable in space. ADVANTAGE - The method cultivates vegetables, which have strong stress resistance, severe cold resistance, wide adaptability, rapid growth and super high yield and quality and meet national health requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for cultivating vegetable in space involves (a) (i) looking for a wild vegetable Rumex in the autumn, and selecting 10-15 largest seed ears with lush plants, many seeds and mature seeds, (ii) hanging the seed ears in a ventilated and light place for a week and lightly beating and threshing on the ground covered with plastic or canvas, (iii) using manual winnowing box to select 50-75 g seeds with large and plump seeds, (iv) using terahertz microwave instrument to stimulate the seed gene for 30-80 minutes to increase its biological energy and make the seed produce the first mutagenesis, (v) using 0.1-0.5 cubic volume graphene far-infrared constant temperature drying oven to dry the seeds for 2-6 hours, and simultaneously stimulating the second mutagenesis of the seed genes, (vi) using hydrogen terahertz box to intensify the seeds for 12-36 hours to stimulate the third mutagenesis of the seed genes and (vii) providing advantageous seeds for space carrying, (b) (i) adding 50-75 g first-phase superior seeds into a negative ion non-woven seed carrying bag, sending to the Chinese space station, incubating the seeds in the special environmental conditions of microgravity, strong radiation, ultra-vacuum, and weak geomagnetism in space, which can cause genetic variation of plant traits and promote plant growth and development, (ii) performing mutagenesis of the seed gene under microgravity conditions in space, (iii) performing mutagenesis of the seed gene under the condition of strong radiation in space, (iv) performing mutagenesis of the seed gene in the ultra-vacuum condition of space, (v) performing mutagenesis of the seed gene under the weak geomagnetic condition of space and (vi) performing one-time mutagenesis at the same time in the Chinese space station for 3 months, (c) (i) using Gaussian strong magnetization to magnetize the seeds for 30-80 minutes, sterilizing and catalyzing the seed genes to produce the first mutagenesis of the seed genes, (ii) irradiating the seeds with a broad-spectrum laser for 5-30 minutes to stimulate the seed genes to increase the bioenergy again, so that the seed genes produce the second mutagenesis, (iii) using the high-speed suspension magnetic centrifuge to stimulate the seeds for 40-90 minutes, so that the seed gene produces the third mutagenesis, (iv) stimulating the seeds using ultrasonic aerosol ion high-temperature gas for 30-90 minutes to induce the fourth mutagenesis of the seed genes, (v) using high negative pressure vacuum autoclave for high vacuum seeds for 6-12 hours, so that the seed gene is subjected to high negative pressure to produce the fifth mutagenesis, (vi) then taking 0.15-0.2 cubic volume 304 stainless steel 40degrees Celsius constant temperature small biological reactor, (vii) loading 6 kinds of bio-enhanced liquids into the biological reactor, (viii) loading 16 bacterial groups into the reactor in turn, (ix) adding the seeds into gauze bags, and soaking in 16 kinds of bacteria solution for 3 hours to make the seeds produce the sixth mutagenesis, (x) soaking in gibberellin solution for 8-12 hours to break the seed dormancy and stimulate the seventh and mixing evenly, filling the seedling pots, sowing a seed in each seedling pot, covering the seeds and compacting, (iii) using quantum terahertz small molecule water to spray the seedling pot and keep it moist, and transplanting the seedlings to a height of 15 cm one week after emergence, (iv) preparing 1 acre space vegetable cultivation field with soil layer more than 1.6 m deep, and making cultivation pits in modules with a row spacing of 70 cm, a diameter of 10 cm at the top and a diameter of 4 cm at the bottom, (v) mixing 34 kinds of soil remediation base fertilizers are used, 60 pts. wt. fermented livestock and poultry manure, 5 pts. wt. vermicompost and 6 kinds of mineral nanopowder in a nanometer machine to grind nanometer high activity powder, uniformly mixing 3 kinds of nano element liquid with 5 times small molecular water and uniformly mixing 7 kinds of plant growth promoting liquid and with 2 times small molecular water, (vi) adding 0.5 l in each cultivation pit of the cultivation field, and restoring the soil to be active, non-toxic, sterile, resistant to diseases and insect pests, and high nutrient replaces chemical fertilizers to achieve high organic yield, (vii) selecting 1500 10 cm strong seedlings, and manually transplanting into the cultivation pits, (viii) covering each ridge with a drip irrigation pipe to connect the sprinkler irrigation pipe, and matching the integrated automatic drip irrigation of water and fertilizer with a humidity sensor, (ix) uniformly mixing 5 pts. wt. 16 kinds of bacterial flora liquid, 1 pt. wt. 3 kinds of nano-element liquid, 4 pts. wt. 7 kinds of plant growth promoting liquid and 10 times small molecular water, and foliar spraying once a week, (x) when each stubble is cut, using 26 kinds of foliar fertilizers to irrigate the roots through drip irrigation pipes and (xi) using quantum terahertz small molecule water to keep the soil moist through drip irrigation for cultivating space vegetables.
