USE - Method for preparation of electron beam irradiation fluorescent graphene quantum dots used for imaging biological cells. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of electron beam irradiation fluorescent graphene quantum dots with excellent crystallization properties and uniform size, and is prepared under mild conditions at low cost without producing environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparation of electron beam irradiation fluorescent graphene quantum dots, involves adding a certain amount of pyrene to 40-80 mL nitric acid, heating at 50-80 degrees C in an oil bath, stirring for 6-24 hours, reducing the reaction solution temperature to room temperature, adding the solution to 0.2-1 L ice water, stirring for a certain period of time, suction filtering, obtaining solid, washing with deionized water until the pH value of the filtrate reaches to 6-7, washing with water, placing the washed solid in a drying oven, drying at 60-80 degrees C for 6-24 hours to obtain 1,3,6-nitro-pyrene, dissolving 1,3,6-nitro-pyrene in deionized water, adding a certain amount of hydrazine hydrate, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, fully mixing to obtain a suspension, adding 1,3,6-nitro-pyrene aqueous solution to concentration of 0.01-0.1 g/10 mL water, adding hydrazine hydrate to 0.05-1 ml/10 mL water, placing the suspension in an electron beam generating device, carrying out electron beam irradiation at 50-500 kGy, removing irradiated suspension and filtering using filter membrane of 25 nm to obtain phosphor-containing graphene quantum dot yellow filtrate.
