NOVELTY - Bicomponent condensed room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber comprises e.g. component A, component B and component C, where component A comprises polydimethylsiloxane, methyltriethoxysilane, graphene oxide-yttria nanocomposite, white carbon black, and cross-linking agent, component B comprises catalyst, accelerator, and tackifier, component C comprises plasticizer, and flame retardant, the catalyst is ethyl orthosilicate, dibutyltin dilaurate, and/or octyl dilaurates, the accelerator is gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, the plasticizer is di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, the flame retardant is e.g. red phosphorus, 1,2,3-tris(5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxahexyl phosphate) benzene, cage siloxane, nano silica, decabromodiphenylethane, ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol and/or melamine, the tackifier is N- beta -aminoethyl gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N- beta -aminoethyl- gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, and/or glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane. USE - Used as bicomponent condensed room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; and utilizes widely available raw material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bicomponent condensed room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber comprises component A, component B and component C, where component A comprises 100-120 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 100-120 pts. wt. methyltriethoxysilane, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide-yttria nanocomposite, 20-40 pts. wt. white carbon black, and 10-20 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, component B comprises 1-10 pts. wt. catalyst, 20-40 pts. wt. accelerator, and 20-30 pts. wt. tackifier, component C comprises 10-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 1-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, the catalyst is ethyl orthosilicate, dibutyltin dilaurate, and/or octyl dilaurates, the crosslinking agent is tetraethoxysilane, tetramethoxysilane, tetrapropoxysilane, and/or dimethyldiethoxysilane, the accelerator is gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, the plasticizer is di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, the flame retardant is aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, nanoporous nickel phosphate, 1,4-(O,O-diethylthiophosphimimido)benzene, red phosphorus, 1,2,3-tris(5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxahexyl phosphate) benzene, cage siloxane, nano silica, decabromodiphenylethane, ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol and/or melamine, the tackifier is N- beta -aminoethyl gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N- beta -aminoethyl- gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, and/or glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bicomponent condensed room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber comprising kneading component A raw material in kneader, thinly pressing on three-roller, thoroughly mixing to obtain premixed compound, mixing component B raw material in open mill for 5-8 minutes, mixing component C raw material in open mill for 5-8 minutes to obtain component A, component B and component C, mixing, vulcanizing on plate press at 25 degrees C for 1 day to obtain standard test piece, and vulcanizing in oven at 70 degrees C for 1 day.
