NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinyl chloride copolymer resin composite material involves adding graphene and nano-calcium carbonate micro-emulsion in the reactor. The obtained mixture is added with de-ionized water, intercalator, after dissolving. The mixture is added with nano-calcium carbonate and graphene. The mixture is stirred uniformly. The mixture is put in the ultrasonic processor for 15-30 minutes. The mixture is heated at 65-70 degrees C. The mixture is added with emulsifying micelle protecting agent, cellulose ether aqueous solution. The mixture is stirred uniformly. The stirred mixture is put in an ultrasonic processor. The processing time is 60-120 minutes. The polyacrylate emulsion in a seed kettle is prepared by adding de-ionized water in the kettle. The mixture is stirred. The rotation speed is controlled at 95/125r/min. USE - Method for preparing polyvinyl chloride copolymer resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polyvinyl chloride copolymer resin composite material with improved production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mixture is added with a portion of composite emulsifier. The mixture is stirred and dissolved, and then adding the partial pH section for the first time. The pH value is adjusted to 9-10.5. The seed kettle jacket is raised to 60-70 degrees C. The mixture is added with composite emulsifier solution. The stirring speed is controlled at 80-100r/min, and the nucleating layer is mixed with acrylate monomer, and the dropping time is controlled within 4 hours. The pH of the system is controlled between 6.5 and 7.5. Remaining composite initiator solution is added for the third time, and the time is started from the dropwise addition of the core layer mixed acrylate monomer. The reaction is kept for 1.5 hours. The unreacted small amount of monomer is removed by vacuum decompression, then the remaining pH adjuster solution is added a second time. The pH of the reaction system is adjusted to 7-7.5, and the cooling water is passed through the reactor jacket. The polyvinyl chloride copolymer resin composite material is prepared after replacing the air in the autoclave with nitrogen. The deionized water is added in the reaction vessel. The mixture is stirred. The stirring is speed of the mixture is controlled to 80-100r/min. The pH adjuster, graphene/nano-calcium carbonate microemulsion, chain transfer agent and antioxidant are added. The mixture is stirred for 10-25 minutes. The mixture is added with vinyl chloride monomer. The mixture is stirred for 60 minutes. The mixture is added with composite initiator. The mixture is heated at 56.5 degrees C to start polymerization. The polyacrylate latex particles are added dropwisely. The mixture is polymerized for 0.5-2. The pressure drop reaches 0.1-0.2mpa and polymerization terminator is added. The retion is ended. The unreacted monomer is recovered into recovery system. The obtained slurry is dried.
