NOVELTY - Preparing conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer composite material based on in-situ polymerization involves dispersing graphene-based conductive filling phase in the liquid phase monomer and/or solvent of the synthetic shape memory polymer matrix to form dispersion. The dispersion with conductive filling phase and synthetic shape memory polymer monomer are subjected to polymerization reaction, so as to prepare graphene/shape memory polymer composite material. USE - Method for preparing conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer composite material used for preventing electromagnetic wave interference of conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer, and preventing static interference of conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/shape memory polymer can be completely covered in the electronic device with any size and shape after pre-deformation, effectively electromagnetic shielding the device, antistatic and heat conduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an application for preventing electromagnetic wave interference of conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer composite material, which involves forming the graphene/shape memory polymer composite material tightly and fixed on the outer surface of the electronic device of any size and shape after pre-deformation processing, and coating thegraphene/shape memory polymer composite material on the surface of the electronic device is capable of performing electromagnetic shielding to the electronic device; (2) an application for preventing static interference of conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer composite material, which involves pre-deforming the graphene/shape memory polymer composite material, forming tightly coated and fixed shape on the electronic device outer surface of any size and shape, based on the conductive performance of the composite material, the graphene/shape memory polymer composite material coated on the surface of the electronic device is capable of conducting and transmitting the static generated by the electronicdevice, eliminating the static interference; and (3) high heat-conducting application of the conductive/heat conducting graphene/shape memory polymer composite material, which involves the graphene/shape memory polymer composite material after pre-deformation processing is formed on the electronic device outer surface of any size and shape to tightly cover and fixed shape, based on the high heat-conducting characteristic of the composite material, the graphene/shape memory polymer composite material coated on the surface of the electronic device can effectively transmit the heat generated by the device, the deformable heatconducting device can automatically fall off from the electronic device by using the shape recovery characteristic of the material, and the image is the outer garment for the electronic device to pass through one piece of heat transfer.
