NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-polymer composite conductive film comprises (i) adding graphene, chopped carbon fibers, carbon black, and a dispersant to water and stirring to obtain a conductive slurry; (ii) adding an aqueous polyurethane solution to the conductive slurry and stirring, adjusting the pH to 8-9 using ethylenediamine, to obtain a graphene composite conductive slurry; (iii) coating the graphene composite conductive slurry onto a substrate using a slot die coater, drying to obtain a first-coated graphene-polymer composite conductive film; (iv) using the first-coated graphene-polymer composite conductive film as the coating substrate, and achieving thickness of the graphene-polymer composite conductive film. USE - Preparation method of graphene composite conductive film for graphene heating film. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene macromolecule composite conductive film with high conductivity, high square resistance, high mechanical strength and processability, and excellent processability.
