NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat-conducting silicone grease comprises (1) adding graphite into ultrapure water, stirring evenly, and using mechanical stripping process to obtain graphene slurry; (2) filtering the obtained graphene slurry to get the filter cake, adding transfer solvent and stirring, utilizing transfer solvent to wash graphene slurry, filtering to obtain high-concentration graphene transfer liquid; (3) adding an oily dispersant to high-concentration graphene transfer liquid, stirring evenly, and ultrasonically homogenizing to obtain a graphene suspension; (4) adding the obtained oily graphene suspension and filler to silicone oil, placing it in vacuum stirred tank for 2-24 hours to continuously stir to obtain graphene thermally conductive silicone grease precursor; and (5) placing the graphene thermally conductive silicone grease precursor in constant temperature vacuum oven and heating for 1-10 hours to obtain graphene thermally conductive silicone grease. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat-conducting silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The method: keeps the original sheet structure of graphene, graphene in oil-based solvents will be more easily uniformly dispersed in silicone oil to form silicone grease.
