NOVELTY - Strain sensing film with high conductivity and high environment stability comprises multi-layer composite structure integrally formed by sensing film, where the conductive layer is enriched on the lower layer of the film, the upper part of the conductivity layer is provided with an isolation network layer, and the outermost surface layer of whole sensing film is a compact protective layer. USE - The sensing film is useful for an intelligent sensing device, a strain sensing monitoring device and an underwater real-time monitoring device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-conductive, high-environment-stable strain sensing film has excellent environmental stability, even complex environment interference can realize continuous stable conductive signal transmission, especially has good waterproof performance, high mechanical property, extremely high conductivity, strain sensing performance is excellent, and good characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of the high-conductivity and environment-stable strain sensing film, comprising (i) at room temperature, taking biomass dispersant, mixing and stirring deionized water to obtain the biomass dispersed solution; adding the nano conductive filler into the biomass dispersed solution to mix uniformly to obtain the conductive mixed solution; taking the elastic matrix raw material to stir, under the stirring state, slowly adding the conductive mixed solution obtained in the step (i) into the elastic matrix raw material, and then vacuum defoaming, pouring into a film forming mold, allowing to stand, adding into a constant temperature oven to dry to obtain the flexible sensing film; soaking the flexible sensing film obtained in the step (ii) into the deionized water, then taking out the flexible sensing film and drying the drum air drying oven to constant weight.
