NOVELTY - Preparation of silk fibroin-sodium alginate porous composite material loaded with graphene and silver nanowires, involves immersing silk fibroin-sodium alginate porous composite material in graphene oxide solution, immersing graphene-loaded silk fibroin-sodium alginate composite material in aqueous solution of amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer modified silver nanowires, immersing composite material in hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer modified silver nanowires aqueous solution, assembling layer of silver nanowires to surface of porous composite material. USE - Method for preparing silk fibroin-sodium alginate porous composite material loaded with graphene and silver nanowires (claimed) for use in optoelectronic material, adsorbent material, biomaterial and medical material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing silk fibroin-sodium alginate porous composite material loaded with graphene and silver nanowires, involves (1) dispersing sodium alginate in deionized water in liquor ratio of 1:50 at room temperature, slowly adding 1-100 g/L polyamidoamine aqueous solution for 24 hours, repeatedly washing with distilled water and ethanol, drying to obtain polyamidoamine modified sodium alginate, (2) dissolving silk fibroin in deionized water, preparing aqueous solution of 1100 g/L, slowly dripping 1-100 g/L ferric salt solution to silk fibroin aqueous solution at 50-80 degrees C, stirring at 60 degrees C for 1 hour, slowly adding polyamidoamine modified sodium alginate, ultrasonically mixing, placing in mold, introducing liquid nitrogen for 1 minute, removing and placing in refrigerator at -20 degrees C for 6 hours, carrying out thermo cryogenic freezing at -80 degrees C for 6 hours, placing the obtained mixture in lyophilizer for 48 hours to obtain silk fibroin-sodium alginate porous composite material, (3) preparing 1-100 g/L concentration of graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, immersing silk fibroin-sodium alginate porous composite material in graphene oxide solution in bath ratio of 1:50 for 24 hours, repeatedly washing with ethanol and deionized water, placing in a reducing agent for reduction, washing repeatedly with ethanol and deionized water, drying in vacuum to obtain graphene-loaded silk fibroin-sodium alginate three-dimensional porous composite material, (4) formulating 1-10 g/L silver nanowires aqueous solution, and then adding 1-10 g/L amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer or hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer aqueous solution, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, washing repeatedly with deionized water and ethanol, drying to obtain amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer-modified silver nanowires or hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer-modified silver nanowires, (5) preparing amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer modified silver nanowires and hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer modified silver nanowires into 0.1-10 g/L aqueous solution, subsequently, immersing graphene-loaded silk fibroin-sodium alginate three-dimensional porous composite material in aqueous solution of amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer modified silver nanowires at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, removing, rinsing with deionized water repeatedly, drying, immersing three-dimensional porous composite material in hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer modified silver nanowires aqueous solution in bath ratio of 1:50 at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, removing, rinsing with deionized water repeatedly, drying, assembling layer of silver nanowires to surface of three-dimensional porous composite material, determining the number of silver nanowires assembled on the surface of the three-dimensional porous composite material. The volume ratio of polyamidoamine aqueous solution and sodium alginate aqueous solution is 1:1-1:10. The mass ratio of silk fibroin and ferric salt is 1:1-10:1.
