NOVELTY - A sulfur/nitrogen doped graphene is prepared by adding graphite and sodium nitrate in beaker container, uniformly stirring, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, mechanically stirring, adding potassium permanganate, mechanically stirring, leaving, adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide solution, reacting, eccentric processing, dialyzing, freeze-drying, adding anhydrous dimethyl sulfoxide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding phosphorus pentasulfide, magnetically stirring and reacting, vacuum filtering, washing with anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, placing in tubular furnace, and heating. USE - Method for preparing sulfur/nitrogen doped graphene (claimed) used in green energy conversion field. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple steps and low cost. The product exhibits catalytic activity of excellent electric catalytic oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) with limiting current density of - 4.7 mA/cm and electron transfer number of 3.9. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfur/nitrogen doped graphene is prepared by adding graphite and sodium nitrate in beaker container, uniformly stirring, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, mechanically stirring, adding potassium permanganate to obtain purple black mixed liquid, mechanically stirring under room temperature for 20-25 hours to obtain viscous mixture, leaving at room temperature for 5 days to obtain oxidized viscous mixture, adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide solution, reacting for 5-8 hours to obtain golden liquid mixture, eccentric processing to obtain colloid liquid, dialyzing, freeze-drying, adding anhydrous dimethyl sulfoxide, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide suspension, adding phosphorus pentasulfide, magnetically stirring and reacting to obtain graphene solution, vacuum filtering, washing with anhydrous tetrahydrofuran for 2 times to obtain black powder, placing in tubular furnace, heating under nitrogen atmosphere to 800 degrees C, keeping temperature for 2-5 hours, introducing ammonia gas at 800 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, continuously introducing nitrogen gas, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
