▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The touch panel comprises a display portion that has a transistor and a light-emitting element that is electrically connected to the transistor. A touch sensor has a first electrode that contains graphene. A wiring is electrically connected to the first electrode. An insulating film is provided between the first electrode and the wiring. A resin layer is provided between the display portion and the touch sensor. The display portion overlaps with the touch sensor. The light is emitted from the light-emitting element towards the touch sensor. USE - Touch panel. ADVANTAGE - The touch panel comprises a display portion that has a transistor and a light-emitting element that is electrically connected to the transistor, where touch sensor has a first electrode that contains graphene and a wiring is electrically connected to the first electrode, and thus enables to prevent diffusion of impurities of the functional layer, improves the aperture ratio, reduces the power consumption and reduces the manufacturing cost.
