▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has an optical fiber whose side wall is fixed with metal electrodes. The metal electrodes are fixed with a channel area. An end surface of one of the metal electrodes is formed with a composite structure. The composite structure is provided with a graphene film and an inorganic perovskite nano-crystal layer. Thickness of the metal electrode is 30 nm. Distance between the metal electrodes is 3-9 microns. USE - Composite structure based fully-optical fiber photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector is simple to manufacture, and has wide range of applications, high yielding rate and sensitivity, and realizes weak light signal detecting function without need of discrete optical elements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a composite structure based full optical fiber photoelectric detector manufacturing method.
