NOVELTY - Graphene material comprises 100 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. cis-butadiene rubber, 0.5-10 pts. wt. filling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphite, 0.5-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. softening agent, 0-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator, 0-6 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and 0-3 pts. wt. stearic acid. USE - Used as graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene material has product stability, good heat and cold-resistance, small deformation, good anti-aging performance, abrasion-resistance, tensile strength, elongation at break, tensile permanent deformation resistance can meet stated GB528 standard and measuring resilience of rubber material in accordance with GB/T1681. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene material, comprising (i) plasticating by adding hydrogenated nitrile rubber and cis-butadiene rubber for 24 hours; (ii) mixing nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, accelerator, vulcanizing agent and plasticizer and hydrogenating for 1 minute, adding hydrogenated nitrile rubber and cis-butadiene rubber obtained in step (i) and mixing, kneading in machine and adding plasticizer, mixing for 3-6 minutes at 50-95 degrees C; (iii) cooling the mixed rubber material and batching out, cooling naturally for 24 hours and obtaining cooling rubber in kneading machine; and (iv) adding sulfur, mixing, adding vulcanizing agent and promoter obtained in the step (iii) adding cooling rubber into an open mill, where the ratio of mill front roller and back roller speed is 1.27-1:1.25, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 50-80 degrees C.
