▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanomicrosphere anti-biofilm peptide cathelin-related antimicrobial peptide (CRAMP) is made by coupling multipeptide CRAMP, chitosan and graphene oxide. The polypeptide CRAMP comprises a 34 amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: Not defined) fully defined in the specification. USE - The nanomicrosphere anti-biofilm peptide CRAMP is useful in preparation of a medicine for removing bacterial biofilm and inhibiting Pseudomonas aeruginosa (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanomicrosphere anti-biofilm peptide CRAMP reduces biofilm amount, has better stability and lower cytotoxicity and is expected to be developed into a new nano-preparation for oral administration against biofilm infections. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the nanomicrosphere anti-biofilm peptide CRAMP, which involves making CRAMP into a solution, activating CRAMP carboxyl group, then adding chitosan solution to couple chitosan with CRAMP carboxyl group, forming chitosan-CRAMP conjugate, activating amino group of the chitosan-CRAMP conjugate, adding to the graphene oxide colloidal solution, reacting, dialyzing and freeze-drying to obtain product.
