NOVELTY - Method for preparing antistatic and chemical resistant latex gloves, involves (a) performing first dipping the hand mold in the flocculant and then first drying to obtain a dipping glove, (b) performing the second dipping of the primary dipping glove in the latex emulsion containing the graphene outer layer to obtain a secondary dipping glove, (c) performing the third dipping of the second dipping glove in the carbon nanotube-containing latex emulsion to obtain the third dipping glove, (d) performing the fourth dipping of the three-time dipping glove in the latex emulsion containing the graphene inner layer to obtain the four-time dipping glove, and (e) sequentially performing levelling the four dipping gloves, second drying, vulcanizing, and reverse demolding to obtain the latex gloves. USE - The method is used for preparing antistatic and chemical resistant latex gloves (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares antistatic and chemical resistant latex gloves. The method utilizes graphene having a few-layer sheet structure, forming a horizontal conductive layer, and having high planar conductive effect. The method forms a longitudinal conductive layer, and high longitudinal conductivity because of the large aspect ratio of carbon nanotubes. The horizontal and vertical conductive layers cooperate to conduct electricity, and improve the conductivity of the glove. The gloves show that the resistance value is at least 3x 105 Omega , which meets the antistatic standard EN16350-2014. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an antistatic and chemical resistant gloves made by the preparation method, including an inner graphene latex layer, a middle carbon nanotube latex layer and an outer graphene latex layer.
